Offline play: coloring progress, jewels, settings and saved artwork are stored on your device. No account is required for the bundled library. Device/OS backups may include this local data. Removing app data removes local progress.
Optional cloud account: Amazon Web Services (AWS, US East) processes your email, account identifier, authentication information, completed artwork IDs, generation requests and private generated images to operate the cloud studio. Your password is processed by Amazon Cognito; it is never sent to OpenAI. Cloud images are private, accessed through authenticated requests and short-lived signed download links.
AI: after your explicit choice, we send a fixed artistic description based on your selected theme to OpenAI to generate an image. We do not send your email, password, personal photos or device advertising identifier to OpenAI. OpenAI may process and retain API data for abuse monitoring under its applicable policies. We do not promise zero retention. Images are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies. Report inappropriate output using the flag beside the image in the cloud studio.
Advertising: native Android/iOS versions use Google AdMob and its User Messaging Platform. The Google advertising SDK may process IP address (including approximate location), device identifiers, app interactions, advertising activity and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Privacy choices are presented when required; reopen Ad privacy options in Settings when available. Rewarded ads are optional. This version requests non-personalized ads; this does not mean that no data is processed. The web preview does not load AdMob. In this release, ads are disabled until the user selects age 18 or older in Settings. Ads remain disabled for minors or users who prefer not to answer. This age group is stored only on the device.
Retention and deletion: cloud images and account data remain until account deletion. In Cloud Studio, choose Delete account and data. Deletion starts after a five-minute delay to allow running jobs to finish. Private image versions are also removed. Operational logs expire after 14 days. Database recovery backups may retain deleted records for up to 35 days, and are not used for normal access. A temporary revocation marker is retained for at least 24 hours; aggregate quota counts contain no artwork. If you cannot access the app, use the Account deletion page to contact support from your account email. We may verify ownership. Local progress is separate and can be removed by clearing app data. Copies you export or share are controlled by you and the receiving service.
Rights: contact Admin@AmeerUSA.com for access, correction, deletion or privacy questions. We do not sell your cloud artwork or publish it to other players. Service providers process data to provide their services. International processing may occur in the United States and other countries where providers operate. We do not request precise location, contacts, camera or photo-library access for AI generation. GemColor is intended for users aged 13 and older, not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided account data, contact us for removal.
